Each order of dumplings consists of 12 pieces. Dumplings are lovingly steamed, but can be lightly pan-fried for $1.50 more.
Chef Jenny's dumplings are made in classic Dongbei (North China) style with delicate wrappers, specially selected ingredients and a unique mix of spices. Her recipes are a closely guarded family secret and date back to the 1930s and the family restaurant in Harbin.
